Take the Grand Central Pkwy East. The Grand Central turns into the Northern State once you are in Nassau County. Follow the Northern State Pkwy East through Nassau County into Suffolk County and take to the end. The Northern state turns into Route 347 east and Route 454 east. At this point the road become 3 lanes. You need to be in the left 2 lanes follow 2 miles and bear left following the signs for Rt. 347 Eat - Port Jefferson. Follow 347 east for 5 lights, at the fifth light make a right turn onto Smithtown Blvd. There will be an Exxon gas station on the corner. Take Smithtown Blvd. straight for about 1-1.5 miles and the studio will be on the left # 145 Smithtown Blvd.

Take the belt Parkway to the Southern State Parkway East. Follow the Southern State Parkway through Nassau County into Suffolk County. You will be taking a left exit at The Sagiktos Parkway North, Sunken Meadow Parkway north. Follow for about 2-3 miles, exit at Long Island Expressway Interstate 495- east. Follow the expressway and exit at exit 58 Old Nichols Rd - Nesconset. Follow Old Nichols Rd for 6 traffic lights. At the sixth light you are at Smithtown Blvd. You will make a left turn on Smithtown Blvd. Continue through 2 traffic lights. After you pass Southern Blvd. The studio is in the second Shopping center on the Right. #145 Smithtown Blvd.
