Recital Info & Reminders

Our 24th dance recital is fast approaching us. Here are just some reminders and things you should know that are new this year. The ticket lottery will remain the same as in previous years. The box will be out May 19th and will remain out for the three weeks. Tickets will be available for pick up the week of June 16th. June tuition must be paid in full along with any outstanding balances before tickets are purchased. There is also no AUTO PAY for the month of June. It can be paid when ticket purchases are made.

Tickets are $40 per ticket, each studio family is required to buy a minimum of 4 tickets per family. There is no maximum. With the cost of the 4 tickets per family, the recital video (which is a stream that will be emailed to you) will be included with the price of the 4 tickets and there will be no extra cost.

When you pick up your recital tickets, you will be given 2 dress rehearsal tickets for the day of dress rehearsal. If you need more then you can purchase them, but they are the same price as recital tickets. Siblings and students do not need a ticket to get into dress rehearsal. But dress rehearsal will be a closed event to others.

Photo day is held at Saint John the Baptist, the day of dress rehearsal. After students are done performing, they can have their photo taken in the cafeteria. There will be classes the entire week leading up to the recital, except for the day of dress rehearsal. Our dress rehearsal is Thursday, June 19th and our show is Sunday, June 22nd.

Many dance costumes have arrived already but some have been back ordered until April. Please rest assure that all costumes will be in by the recital.

There will be more information as the recital gets closer regarding the day of, including info for drop off and pick up.

If you know that is your child’s 5th, 10th, or 15th year please let the front desk know. Trophies are given out at the end of the show.

The recital program is located at the front desk. Please make sure to proof your child’s name to make sure it is spelled correctly.

The costume guide, dress rehearsal schedule, the summer schedule, and new fall schedule are also posted on the website. Placement emails will go out in May. Emails are sent to CM, ballet, jazz, tap, and acro students only. Emails will also be sent out for students recommended for our competitive dance teams. Fall registration begins is May.

Please be on the lookout for dance recital tank orders. Each recital tank has the students name listed on the back. Orders usually begin at the end of April.

Please reach out with any questions you may have.
